<p>You didn't mention where you were living - so I'm assuming it is in the UK.</p>
<p>The GJ are simply the Makers mark.</p>

<p>I was hoping that someone could give me some advice on a pair of earrings that we acquired at a thrift store. We are usually just in the business of scrap gold, but there is something about these that prevents me from doing so.  They are gorgeous.  <br />
The have a hoop style top covered in clear stones all the way around and then from this there is a ball type hollow inside covered in clear stones and from there little dangles of gold all the way around.</p>
