Hi - Chris here and welcome to my ‘Ask The Jeweler’ page at the Insiders Guide.

Just to give you a ‘Heads Up’ as to where I have come from. I began my jewelry apprenticeship studying under Master Jeweler Kevin Mac at the largest Manufacturing Workshop on the South Coast.

During that time I studied all aspects of jewelry manufacture, repair, design and remodeling, with a special emphasis on Victorian and Edwardian styles. I specialized in Handmade Jewelry, so it was with these Antique and Vintage designs which eventually brought me to managing my own workshop.

I continued with this for seven years until I found myself following the Internet path. The rest, they say, is History.

If you have any questions, then shoot them over, as I will always try to give you a ‘No BS’ answer. But I must warn you - I don’t suffer foolish questions, and I’m not here to do your Homework either.

Genuine jewelry manufacturing or repair problems are just what I am here for.
